Learners
At the Critical Care Skills Institute we have learners from many different healthcare settings which includes all types of Critical Care Units, Coronary Care Units, Renal Units, Emergency Departments, Theatres, Medical Wards, Surgical Wards, Orthopaedic Wards, Rehab Wards and Midwifery Units.
We also have members of the multidisciplinary team attending our study days as single days. For example, doctors attending our Transfer Workshop.
It is essential that all learners who start on the Acute / Critical Care Programme attend the Learner Induction Half-Day.

Maintaining assessment records
Attendance at Study Days
Informing the Skills Institute and Employer if they are unable to attend a study day
Communicating any changes to the CCSI
Completion and submission of Academic Assignments and Competencies
To take responsibility with regard to your personal and professional accountability and behaviour whilst on a programme.
